Yesterday we had a big exam.I feel nervous now
I always imagine how I did bad in it.
Maybe I am too stressed out.
Tomorrow I will know my results of the exams。
What if I failed in it?
What if I was criticized??
Many dreams crowded around my mind. Both good dreams and nightmares……………………
please how to get over it~
thx

Zc_Science, I believe I understand the pressure you are under. You have to to think on the brighter things. You probably did well! On the remote chance you did not do well You have to take it and move on.

Well, as you can see, 2 out of 3 rely on Therapy or Drugs. I hope you do not turn to this. Always rely on your own abilities and compete with yourself. If you always put out your best effort and strive to improve from your last score you will do fine.

This sounds familiar to me, born in Trieste, which was part of the Austrian Empire. The China you describe looks a lot like Wittgenstein's Vienna, pre First World War. I have a degree in theoretical physics, but let me give you an advice: Carpe diem , which means don't waste your youth and don't study too much. Enjoy life, youth does non return!

Couln't agree more! It took me about 25 years of my life to find out there is more. Yet, I don't consider those years to be lost: they're just the prologue of the present, and they make my current life more enjoyable.

Thank you first.
But it may be harmful to me if I do like what you said.
I want to have a enjoyable youth. Anyone does think so.
But if we only want to enjoy. When we grow up. We will being just a good for nothing bum!
As you know, China has the largest population in the world, so the competition is very fierce. Many people can not have a peaceful life like some countries such as Sweden or Poland if they do not work. The government cannot relieve
1300,000,000 people every day!
So we have to think of our future.
Studying is the only way to make a living.
