no new work for my computer

i had a total-crash of my harddisk several wweks ago. therefore i was unable to finish some einstein-work and had to send it back some days after deadline. now i get no new work and when requesting the following:
sending sceduler request
reson: requested by user
(not requesting new work or reporting completed tasks)
sceduler request succeed
this happens since a week or so.
any idea what to do?

Are you out of work completely, or is it just E@H? Since you are attached to more than one project requesting work for one project only is perfectly normal.
