Sorry folks but I've totally given it up now over at SETI cafe. There are still folks arguing over the rules. I hope that the ones who are left think deeply about my final posting...............
Well I'm sorry to see you left seti John, but I'm glad to see you here. It looks like the ones left squabbling over the remains of the seti boards are most likely the ones that contributed most to it's downfall. Why else would they feel the need to argue about common sense rules unless they felt that they would have to change their behaviour because of them?

I've been around here for a long time. I used to come over to the Cafe and dust off the tables during the weekly outages of Seti. Dan used to startle me when he would 'beam in'...

Sorry I left Lookers, but I was a wee bit offended at some of the posting going on there. Lookers had always been a very well-mannered 'family' type board if you know what I mean. I wish someone had taken up my 'Happy Birthday' thread....it seemed to have become an institution there - sometimes as many as 50 views per day!
