Firstly let me apologise if this has been asked elsewhere before, I searched and could not find anything. My screensaver was working, now it isn't. The WU is still crunching, but I like to watch the pretty pictures sometimes. At the moment it is just a white rectangle. Any ideas with regards to what is wrong or what I can do to have my eyes amused again?

If you're attached to more than one project, then check the graphic when Einstein is Running and not Paused.
It only works when Einstein is running.

Good question - and consider it can be anything, e.q. a (automatic?) Windows update that is incompatible with the (OpenGL part of the) graphics driver. Do other OpenGL applications (e.g. FlowerBox screensaver) work properly on your machine?

FlowerBox is a bad test screensaver, it and any other screensaver with '3D' in the title will cause the computer to hang when any distributed computing project is running. So make sure you stop BOINC before you try it.

Thankyou all for your assistance, I do not have the time to reply to everyone's post individually, so I will try and reply in general.
Einstein@home was running when the screensaver was blank
I am running 4.79 and I did not upgrade between work units
Normally the 3D screensavers work fine (and they still do when I shut Boinc), but I did have some difficulty with it when BOINC was running (ie it took forever to load and was somewhat jerky)
Einstein is not running at the moment so I can't say if my reboot has helped at all.
