On the transfer page there are only two "buttons", would it be possible in a future up grade of BOINC to make a third to say "suspend" meaning suspend transfer of this result/WU.This would be of help as and when there are any upload servers down for whatever reason, instead of suspending communication compleatly as this blocks all the other @home programes from communicating, very easy to forget to reset this especialy if you have a large number of computers doing work or it happens on a weekend as is the case currently on CPDN (23April06).
If this has been recomended before I appoligize for stating it again.

I think there's a world market for maybe five computers - Thomas Watson, IBM

Why not just suspend network activity? That would stop transfers from trying to happen.

Pooh Bear 27,

I think he'd like to be able to leave network activity open for other projects, and only suspend for one that has a problematic server situation.

This is exactly what I mean after all who knows when any particular server is going to be repaired, after all is said and done it is supposed to be run and forget besides stopping allnetwork activity certanly solves it this time but also stops other @home programs from communicating.
