Looks good, but Intel has been known to do the pooch in the past when playing catch up. It's something they have had to do so infrequently they just aren't that good at it. ;-)
Also with that kind of pricing at 6 month from now availability "Unobtainium II" might be a better family name at this point in time, even considering the "drool" factor. On the other hand that's been AMD's business strategy for twenty years or so it seems, so I never underestimate the tricks they might have up their sleeve. :-)
