Nope, not a single PCIE slot on that board.  Just a lot of memory DIMM slots for the two sockets.

All PCIE supported externally off the board through the MCIO connectors on the edge.  Meant for a server case or mining chassis.

I see that I screwed up the link. It is taking us to a AsRock motherboard not the gigabyte one.

Hang on

I would swear I am seeing 10 slots though the plastic.

click the link in your original post. it does not go to the board you were intending. it links to an Asrock Genoa board. you copied the wrong URL into the hyperlink.

yes, the Gigabyte board has 10x PCIe slots. but gigabyte does not even list that model on their website and no product page or documentation. might be a China only model or OEM only or something. better be able to figure it out on your own.

& using single card, is not advised...I learned my lesion with current RTX 4000 (which works on 2/3 throttling on 85°C) or RTX A4000 (which works 20~30% on 75°C throttling on work).

& also, using one CPU, after the other is no way to go...I have used those in Lenovo C30 machine, not a good setup for 24/7 crunching!

Is there any Brand /Model of a Epyc dual CPU motherboard that doesn't need extra cooling on parts of the motherboard?

I'm not sure about your question since it may totally depend on what CPU's you wanted to run, whether you overclock them, how big (as in wattage) of GPU & how many GPU's you wanted to run, and whether or not it is in a case with 'adequate' or 'high end' airflow.  The demands of the CPU's and GPU's place a high heat load on the motherboard and especially the VRM's.

As I've mentioned before - quite a while ago - you need to think about the BIG picture of what is the ultimate goal for your PC before asking about some of the littler things like  "...motherboard that doesn't need extra cooling on parts of the motherboard?"

As an example, my ASRock MB w/ dual EPYC 7532 CPU's is running a 3080 Ti & 2070 Super with no power limit settings, and the CPU's are being cooled by 2 x Noctua NH-U14S TR44-SP3 air cooled heatsinks and I have no problems.  But if you wanted to run with a higher core count CPU's and higher wattage GPU's at the max, it might be different for you.

.....I'm just sayin'.....

Compared to a

Supermicro H12DSi-N6 + AMD EPYC 7B12 x 2 server motherboard combination

I had.

It required extra cooling in the "VID" parts located between the two CPU's.

Looking for a dual CPU motherboard that doesn't require as much cooling in that kind of location.

You won’t need extra cooling

You won’t need extra cooling if you use low TDP CPUs but all of the higher TDP dual CPU boards are going to need extra airflow over those components.

They don't make, or is it too expensive, water cooling for those kinds of things.
