No scheduler URLs found in master file

I have completed tasks that are not getting reported.  When I force an update, I get the following message:

7/9/2024 1:57:00 PM | Einstein@Home | [error] No scheduler URLs found in master file

What does this mean?

Yor project files are

Your project files are corrupted or missing.

Suggest trying resetting the project to retrieve a proper master.xml file.

I just looked at the messaging on my hosts.  All of mine are having the same issue.

Must be related to the earlier outage this morning.

Likewise - just attempted to

Likewise - just attempted to install BOINC on a new computer - installs OK and attaches to Einstein, but the master file still has the outage messages - i.e.
