My chronic fatigue syndrome reduces useful time to do things.
They reduced the size recently. I can get two on a 4GB card which isn't in use by me and just running Boinc. This machine though, it sits right on the limit and slows the interface.
If this page takes an hour to load, reduce posts per page to 20 in your settings, then the tinpot 486 Einstein uses can handle it.
the problem is that the app modification to make it capable of ~2GB per task actually made the app slower than it's original form at 4GB. they did this by reducing the search from a 2Hz band to 2x 1Hz band.
reducing to 1GB would be slower still, and maybe not even possible if they can't cut the search down to 0.5Hz passes.

Peter,
I had forgotten about that. And I was joking about sleeping! Sorry. :(

I had forgotten I told you. Nevermind, it's a fake illness according to the government. I'm just lazy.
I don't believe it is a "fake" illness.

I had to take it off this machine altogether, something about it makes it slow the Windows interface. Never had that with another GPU app.
Maybe a later or earlier content driver would make a difference?
I think I have had trouble when my GPU memory usage got above 90 percent.

The trouble is there are many kinds of chronic fatigue, and mine isn't detectable. The doctors only go by my reported symptoms.
It's being slow with Asteroids on the GPU aswell. Maybe I'm overloading the CPU? Maybe too much Arecibo is a problem....
If your CPU percentage is above 80-90% on the Windows task manager that certainly might be an issue. I know on my 5700G Win box it has been.

Nah it's usually 95% with no problem, but recently 70% has been a problem.
