Your main machine has an Intel GPU. Were you previously running gamma-ray pulsar tasks (FGRPB1G) on that device? There are none of those tasks showing in your tasks list so only you will know if you were.
There was a big announcement posted in Tech News warning that FGRPB1G was finishing. That was more than a month ago, so very likely they no longer show in users tasks lists. If you were running those tasks, that would be why your RAC has declined. Your GPU is not earning credit any more.
I don't use Intel GPUs but from what has been posted in the announcement thread, there are apps that can use an Intel GPU for both BRP4 and BRP7 searches, the latter being a test app that may not be working properly yet. For more information read the announcement and all the responses that show various user experiences.
This happens to all of us who don't run a separate GPU card on low-end computers. Our RAC was halved due to the end of the FGRPB1G science run (e.g. tasks named "LATeah3012*"). There is nothing you can do. The Einstein team tried to build a science app for BRP7 on iGPU. But (all or most?) Intel iGPUs lack required FP64 capability. Life is not fair. ;-)

Here is the tasks list for your main computer. It shows credit being granted every day.
Why do you think you are not receiving credit for work done?
