Me neither, but I'm guessing that it's a new message referring to the server being low on work.

From the server status page:
WORKUNITS in DB 16,539

It's not my PC, there's 2.8Gb of free space there.

Let's see what the admin's have to say.

It was a bug in the scheduler and should be fixed by now (5 mins ago...). For certain clients (well, the majority I'm afraid) the message priority was sent instead of the message itself.
