Were these tasks for the latest O3ASHF1 GW search? If so, it probably refers to the fact that the Devs have decided to pull all the outstanding tasks due to some unexpected problems.
The announcement message about the problem gives the details. I believe that the tasks for this new run were beta test tasks so your settings must allow such tasks for your computer to have received them. It's helpful to the project to have beta testers but if you choose to be in this group, you should also keep an eye on Tech News for announcements about new searches and any potential problems that get discovered.
