I see this fairly often in BOINC View where these values seem to be set to zero. But, as others have said this is a cosmetic issue and will affect more projects than Einstein@Home (it does grip the heart when it is CPDN with MONTHS of work invested :)); but as soon as the work unit has been started and accumulates some additional time this will correct itself.

It just seems to be a glitch that happens every so often (on most projects).
Like Paul said, it does correct itself, and the WU continues crunching from the correct point,

Are you installing Boinc as a 'service' when you install it? If so STOP doing that! It also looks like you have two different users trying to use Boinc, R L Reynolds and Lexa, if this is true download the brand new 7.3.? version of Boinc as it works with multiple logins. I am using 7.3.10 and it looks and works just like 7.2.42 but does support multiple users. It IS still in testing though, so you MAY find some bugs in it. I am a pretty basic cruncher, 1 project for the gpu and normally a different project for the cpu and I have not seen any problems, but that does not mean there are not some, they are just in things I don't personally see.
I am using 7.3.10 and it looks and works just like 7.2.42 but does support multiple users.
I strongly wish to configure one machine now and another one very soon, both of which have GPUs, to work with multiple logins. Thanks for your reference here.
On checking the page that you mention I noticed that there seems to be a yet more recent Windows 64-bit version 7.3.11. Do you specifically advise trying 7.3.10 over that one?

No - v7.3.11 has further bug-fixes for user switching.
Note that only the first logged-in user gains access to the GPU for crunching. Other 'switched' users allow CPU crunching to continue, but disable the GPU for the duration (in crunching terms). A full logoff/logon is still needed for the second or later user to make use of the GPU.

I tried installing boinc 7.3.11 on one of the two machines for which I desire to be able to switch users and yet have GPU BOINC work run. Yes, I understand this is stated to require a logout of previous user and login of new user at each user switch.
While my installation is successful in that the account under which I installed it appears to have BOINC running both CPU and GPU jobs normally, I had two major anomalies. Both may relate to details of my configuration, rather than being related to the current boincmgr code, but I mention them here in case it is of use:
First, I should mention a few elements that are non-standard in my installation, which easily could interact with boincmgr unfavorably without being predictive of a bad experience by normal users.
1. I run the following programs variously to control or to monitor my BOINC jobs:
Tthrottle, MSIAfterburner, BOINCTasks, GPU-Z, Speedfan, Process Lasso
2. specifically because I have seen sequence and launch delay offset dependencies of adverse behaviors with this set of programs, I disable the registry entry providing automatic launch of boincmgr (and boinctray), (and also most of the other programs on the list), and instead use a Task Scheduler launched batch file which triggers on user logon to start them in controlled sequence and with controlled delays.
So confessions aside, here are the bad behaviors I current have observed:
1. After a successful reboot and full set of program launches on logon to the installing user account, while all seems to run well, shortly after log off of that user is requested, the monitor simply goes black, with initially some disk activity, but shortly no apparent activity at all. After a couple of minutes waiting (possibly not enough), I have done a Reset reboot.
2. When first logging into the second user account after a reboot, boincmgr indeed launches (launched by my batch file), but with no GPU jobs launches.
On logging off of that account (which goes OK) and logging into the primary account, my programs launch, but boinc reports GPU not available.
I am not requesting debug assistance at this time, as I understand the boincmgr is in evolving test with a better controlled community of testers communicating their concerns, of which I am not a member. But just in case these observations are useful I offer them.
I currently intend to leave 7.3.11 installed and live with the issues mentioned (I intend to test the efficacy of terminating various tasks to avoid the logoff hangup problem) and watch for new versions.
