I crunch for science, not leaderboards, that's absurd.

If this page takes an hour to load, reduce posts per page to 20 in your settings, then the tinpot 486 Einstein uses can handle it.

I got thrown off the French one :-)  Can't remember why, probably used a naughty word, too many prudes about.  Odd that, since apparently in French, calling someone a (word that would get me banned form here) is nowhere near as bad as calling someone an idiot.

Did I?  I might have been proud of flying past thousands of people with many GPUs when they had OPNG tasks, but I was doing it for science.  Which is why I've gone from Primegrid over to Folding for my GPUs just now.  Cancer is a bit more important than maths.  Think what we could achieve if they turned the maths ones off.

I am watching eBay on Epyc

I am watching eBay on Epyc Motherboards.  Just saw a new one for $299  (one CPU, 6-7 slots?).

I really wish I didn't seem to have so much trouble with non-Am4 socket motherboards.

You can repair motherboards

You can repair motherboards you know.  If you don't know how or can't be bothered, sell the broken one on Ebay.  The last time one of mine broke, I actually got more for the broken one than I paid for the replacement!
