I'm not a native English speaker, so I am probably missing the point. Were you thinking of a ship called Custodian here?

A custodian is a caretaker of something and a screw is also a nickname for a prison guard, who can be thought of as a custodian of prisoners

I can't speak for KAVANAGH'S "screw", but a moderator is a "custodian" of a message board.

a person posted "stetsons" as

a person posted "stetsons" as a word and I posted "cologne" and I just wanted to say I wear Stetson Cologne when I go out with my wife because she likes the smell. NO I don't drench myself in it just enough to let her know I'm wearing it.

When I was still married, my wife liked the smell of Stetsons on me too.  Now that I'm with Judy, she likes the smell of Original Old Spice.  Different tastes (or fragrances) for different people.  Personally, I really couldn't care less.  But I'll wear what the lady likes.   ;*)

I will play a few words

I will play a few words tonight using ChatGPT to associate the word for me. The first word I gave it was Mikey's "spire" to which it replied "tower".

I told all my friends I could teach them how to be funny, but they all just started laughing at me.
