Hi!
I was browsing the website of einstein@home and found out that users who manage to discover a pulsar get a nice certificate (https://einsteinathome.org/content/lucky-ones). I know that its a "lottery" and that people with more credits have bigger chances of getting one... Among the users who frequent this forum there are many people who have a lot of credits.
So I was wondering if anyone of you have been awarded that certificate or even if somebody has two or more... If we consider that most of the crunching its done by the top 100 or maybe top 500 of einstein@home users, its highly probable that if you continue to crunch for many years with a high enough RAC then you will end up discovering a pulsar eventually... Much like Bitcoin mining.
OFF-TOPIC: Why the profile picture is not showing for me? And how can I get the fancy signatures many people use? Is there a website that generates them?

Go to your Einstein main webpage for your Account, then go to Preferences -> Community, and there you will find the tools necessary to create your signature file.

I have received nothing from anything/anyone for doing any crunching, Einstein or otherwise.
...and I compete on both lists, the Total Credits and the RAC list in E@H.
...though I'm not making it into even the Top 10 on either one. :^(

I think the project stopped awarding discovery certicates for pulsars quite a few years ago.
Only thing of significance I have done is to discover two ecm factors found at yoyo.
