Ive had this rig about half a year now. Its a Cyber Power B08W1T9QJV running Windows 11 Home . It has an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X CPU and a GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. I have BOINC set to 50% for CPU (its my daily driver). CPUs and GPU both running at about 70c. Its designed as a gaming rig but I use it for crunching E@H. My RAC is just over 1 million/day. Is there any settings for the GeForce game settings that would help (I dont game so I have no clue). At the moment Im experimenting with running multiple GPU WUs. Ive never changed any of the BIOS settings. Can anyone give some suggestions what to look for in the BIOS (other than OCing) to eek out a wee bit more? Any suggestions would be appreciated...

Gaming controls for gpus are meaningless for gpu crunching. The video engine of the cards isn't even used which the majority of gpu controls are concerned with. Only fan profiles are of any substantial usage.
The gpu science application is the main determiner of the usage of the gpu. Depends on the application whether any core or memory clocks boost is even beneficial. Test on your own on each project app.
Depends on the project whether gpu bandwidth is important. Some projects it is and most is not important.
Default BIOS settings are perfectly fine for the gpu. Cpu overclocking and memory overclocking is the only areas of the BIOS that can be improved for cpu crunching.

Based on my experience with windows 10 you should get added production upto three tasks on your GPU. I think running a full thread for each GPU task is the most productive. But I have gotten pretty good results running 1/2 a CPU thread per GPU thread.
Results are the final determiner of course. You can use MSI Afterburner to play with fans and overclocking your GPU. 50/1000 might be stable. 50 graphics, 1000 memory.
As soon as the 4000 series data resumes running three tasks on the GPU will probably not gain anything.

70°C you say? Seems a little much. Mine has 3 fans, though, is yours one of those mini version? Mine doesn't get any hotter than 63°C even though it's overclocked (with MSI afterburner as Tom said).

Im not OCed at all. The system is liquid cooled. At the moment running 50% of CPUs 50% of the time with temps around 62. Dosent seem to be doing 1/2 the number of WUs. On the contrary... as my numbers are going back up it seems about the same. Maybee it was thermal throttling around temps of 70?

To limit GPU temperatue (by throttling) use: nvidia_smi -i N -gtt 87
where 87 is temp limit and N is GPU instance number. Try what suits your needs.
