Also, your computers are 'hidden' so other users cannot inspect any failed tasks to see what the problem was.
All you need to do is go to your account page -> preferences -> privacy and change your privacy settings to allow other users to see your computer and its list of tasks. If you provide a link to a failed task on the website, someone will be able to inspect the details and very likely tell you what caused the problem.
Make sure you "save" any changes you make.

For anyone who's not aware, his tasks showing 100% are indicating a Calculation Error. he's likely trying to figure out why.

what GPU are you using? i see that you have an nvidia GPU and I can see you are running the Gravitational Wave . how much VRAM does it have? these tasks can require a large amount of GPU memory, you should have at least 3GB of GPU memory
