For days tasks in the range h1_0543.15_O2C02Cl4ln0_O2MDFS3_Spotlight_543.55Hz_280_1_0
do not get uploaded and validated.
I have for the moment more than one hundred finished and dont know what I should do about this unseen problem.

The problem is not "unseen". You can learn a good bit if you look at the top few topics in more than one of the forums here.
Until something gets fixed, you won't get very far running GW GPU tasks here. You could wait, or you could try running GRP.

There is an existing thread, right next to yours, that also discusses the same problem. It has "can't upload work" as part of the thread title.
There is also a long running thread in Technical News, originally about a different upload problem, but now quite active about the current issue. There is actually an official response from Bernd there (near the end of the thread) if you would like to see a proper assessment.
As to what you should do, the easiest option is to do nothing. The situation will get resolved eventually and things will return to normal. With the number of your uploads that are stuck, your client is probably prevented from sourcing alternative work. When that happens, the message is something like "too many uploads in progress".
If you were really keen to get work for an alternative search like the gamma-ray pulsar search on GPUs, (and you were technically competent to do so) you would need to find a way to 'save' your current installation and create a brand new one, with a brand new file structure and with a new host ID. That way you could easily download and crunch the GRP work - with a small cache size so you could finish it quickly and return to the original installation once the problem was resolved. This problem might take a while so doing that might be worthwhile for some. You do need to understand what you're doing, though.
Some people worry about deadlines. I'm sure the Devs will handle that if it becomes necessary, so that should be the last thing on anyone's mind.
Cheers,
Gary.
