I just changed over one of my boxes from NVIDIA to Radeon GPU and now I am getting error messages in the Event Log referring to the missing NVIDIA GPU;

I don't have a "app_info.xml" file and I disabled the "app_config.xml" file on both projects to see if that was the issue.  No luck!

What am I missing?

did you complete all of the

did you complete all of the tasks that were on the box before you switched?

tasks downloaded and marked for an nvidia GPU cannot be run on the AMD GPU.

I thought I completed all of the tasks before I switched over.  There is a possibility that some NVIDIA work units may have been sent to the box during the swap-over process.  Is there a way to tell the difference from the file name?

look under the 'Application'

look under the 'Application' column in BOINC Manager.

The easiest and most blunt

The easiest and most blunt way (maybe the only correct way) of fixing this would be to reset the project.
The client (Boinc) will remember what you've run before and have all the applications listed. And will thus complain if the resource for a specific application suddenly disappears.
Before resetting, please run down the cache by setting "No new tasks" and when all tasks are completed then report them by issuing an "Update" for Einstein@home.

I want to thank everyone for

I want to thank everyone for their comments and help.  I will be moving GPU cards in 2 boxes again, one of them is the box in question.  I will be putting an NVIDIA card back in that box so it should clear up the problem.  I will be more careful this time so work units of the wrong type will not be downloaded during the swap.

I am following the advice

I am following the advice that Holmis gave about resetting the projects.  I will run out the work units and do a reset for the projects in the 2 boxes I changed over the GPU cards.  I have already reset 2 of the 4 projects and the error messages went away.  Somewhere there is a file that keeps track of the programs that have run in that project and it seems like the only way to remove the invalid files is do a reset.

Thanks for all the help!!

Stay safe and healthy!!
