Can't establish new account

I am trying to create a new account, and at first it seems to go fine. I get the email to set my password fine, but when trying to change my
password with the 1 time login, it asks twice for a new password, but then wants the existing password to complete the change, which I don't have because it was a 1 time password.
Consequently, I cannot attach to the project in BOINC because it doesn't recognize my password. I might just be overthinking this, but please help. I've tried several times to reset the password but get the same results.

Have you tried just attaching to the Project thru Boinc and putting in your password twice? Choose something easy, ie Doctor to go with your name, and then change it to something else later. You obviously have an account as you are posting to change the password on that one you need an Admin to help you.

Yes, tried that also, but it either tells me the password is wrong or that account creation/management has to be done via the website, so I'm stuck in the same loop. Thanks for the reply, though, guess I will have to wait for an Admin to assist.

I'm a bit confused about what you really want to do.
1. Do you want to create a new account even though you already have one?
2. Or do you want to add a computer/device/host to process Einstein@home tasks?
3. Or do you simply want to change your password?
If you can clear this up then I or someone else might be able to give advice on how to accomplish what your want to do.
