Hi,
I want to add my existing einstein@home account to my new boincstats.com BAM account but the "Find account" functionality just says "No response from project". Can anybody help me? How are the accounts matched?
Thanks,
Ben.

Do you have stats export turned on for your account? The preference was added and defaulted off (GDPR) earlier in the year. It will take about a day after setting "Do you consent to exporting your data to BOINC statistics aggregation Web sites?" to yes for your account to show up on external sites.

Thanks for the hint but yes I did.
Do you know what the identifying factor is for searching the account? I was not asked to copy any ID or something.

I just use my user name "rjs5" in the upper LEFT hand search box. Boincstats returns all the TEAMS with rjs5 in the name: none and then all the usernames with rjs5 in the name ... me.
There is only one BEN from Germany. Is this you?

I created an account, but I don't need to be logged in to see the summary.

Thanks. But no, that is someone else. It is not that I can't find my stats. I tried to add the einstein project into the projects list. But maybe I should also ask in the board there.

YOU can't add it to BoincStats Einstein itself will send your data once you start crunching AND have said it's okay for Einstein to send them to BoincStats and the other 3rd party stats sites. Go too Account, Preferences, Privacy and you will see this:
Do you consent to exporting your data to BOINC statistics aggregation Web sites?: and then a yes/no selection, select YES and your stats will be included in the stats file the stats sites use. It can as much as 24 hours to make it happen though.

I can see the stats using the link from the einsteinathome.org website. It is more about the project list on boincstats.com.
But I have found out now that the CPID (cross project id) is relevant for the projects to show up in your account. They say the IDs are synched (somehow) on sundays. Maybe I'll just wait till then until further actions.

Thank you. I found this helpful to enable stat export/sharing.
