Tasks Stuck at 'Ready to Report' Stage...

I shut down all my hosts for a 30 day vacation break. On restart, all 4 Linux hosts restarted as expected, but my one Win7 host [url=https://einsteinathome.org/host/5460747] 5460747 [/url] is getting stuck at 'Ready to Report'. Of course this host worked ok prior to shutdown. I did check network connectivity, disk space, project config, etc and haven't been able to determine any underlying problem and as part of the debug, Boinc was upgraded from 7.12.1 to 7.14.0, with no change in behavior.
A Project Reset flushed out 54 tasks and enabled the download of 36 more tasks, which have now been processed, result files uploaded and all project slot directories are empty. But as before, the host is once again stuck at 'Ready to Report' for all 36 tasks. Manual Project Updates do not clear the blockage and only add to the backoff time. It appears that the host believes the Project Servers are down which is not the case. All my hosts are processing 100% Einstein/AMD GPU only. This Win7 hosts shares the same venue and Project Config as two of my Linux hosts.

There are lots of hits. This was the first one and a workaround seems to be what Holmis was suggesting. Maybe if you look at other hits you might find a more comprehensive explanation/solution.

Today, I reread some posts from Apr/May 2018 on E@H re ca-bundle.crt that provided the inspiration to try something simple - restarting my network hardware. In spite of my network apparently being mostly functional, there was some underlying poo that cratered the 747 Win7 host and power cycling the cable modem/router/switch has now restored full operation. Lesson learned.
We're back in business! Thanks for all the suggestions...
