You used to be able to see

You used to be able to see the computer model number when you looked at user stats, so you would see things like MacPro 6,1 for the current MacPro, or iMac 18,3 for the latest iMac.

Not sure how you could tell now other than looking for the Xeon processor/Vega GPU combinations available on the iMacPro for systems running OS X (which will show here as Darwin).  Since they come running High Sierra out of the box, that could narrow your search too (look for systems running Darwin 17.0.0 with Xeon processors)

But the Vega cards will make that system fly, although its too bad they can't be upgraded when they start to get long in tooth.

I am using my iMac Pro right

I am using my iMac Pro right now - crunching 2 units at a time on my GPU, taking about 20 minutes each.

That's awesome.  I'd be

That's awesome.  I'd be interested to see how much it cranks out in a day, particularly the Vega GPU.

86,400 / 600 x 3465 =

86,400 / 600 x 3465 = 498,960  -- so about 500K credit per day (roughly, for GPU only) if two tasks are produced every 20 minutes :-).

I've been trialing an RX 570 in an old Q6600 host (2008 vintage) running Linux and it is doing 3 tasks every 26.5 mins, so a theoretical RAC of around 86,400 / 530 x 3465 = 564,860 -- probably a bit cheaper than the iMac Pro :-).

It's over 530K at the moment and still rising.  Gotta luv my old Q6600s - they just don't quit :-).

Cheers,
Gary.
