Is there a way I can access the data of the last 60 days which is displayed visually by the graph in the MY STATS section of the Account/Dashboard page?

Chipadmin hi, there is a file

Chipadmin hi and welcome to E@H forums

There is a file called statistics_einstein.phys.uwm.edu.xml which has by default the last 30 days - you will find it in the boinc data directory.  Both host and user values are stored.

To change from 30 see http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Client_configuration

<save_stats_days>N</save_stats_days>
How many days to save the per-project credit totals that are displayed in the Statistics tab of the BOINC Manager. Default is 30.

Shows how it can be reset to 60.

The information you provided

The information you provided was very helpful.  Thank you very much.  Can you also provide the formula for calculation of RECENT AVERAGE CREDIT also in the Statistics tab of the BOINC Manager?

I did some googling as this

I did some googling as this wiki didn't have a math formula for how RAC is computed and found this post that might clear things up (or make it worse if you don't like math and coding).

Thank you very much.  This is exactly what I was looking for to use in some offline statistics I am compiling.  I sure appreciate the effort you put forth to help me.

The best explanation of what

The best explanation of what happens to the credit and RAC figures after a project has awarded credit was in the old 'unofficial BOINC Wiki'. That's only accessible via the global internet archive these days, but here it is anyway.

Hi Malcolm, I'm not sure why

Hi Malcolm,
I'm not sure why you didn't start a new thread for your questions.  This one is rather old and seemingly unrelated.  It's always best to start afresh when a query is not directly related.

When you login to the project, you end up on a welcome page with a number of menu items across the top - "Home" "Account" "News", etc.  If you select the Account item, you will be taken to your account page where there are further sub-menu items - "Dashboard" "Profiles" "Credentials" "Preferences".  I believe the Dashboard page will be showing by default.  If not, just click on the sub-menu item.

Under your name in the margin adjacent to your post, some healthy credit stats are listed.  If I click on your name, I can see those stats (plus a graph) showing on your account page.  A possible reason for not seeing what you expect to see is that there may be multiple accounts involved and you happen to have logged in on a separate account which doesn't have your normal list of computers attached to it.  The account you posted with does show several computers with quite a bit of recent validated work.  There are five machines all told with last contact dates between 14th to 18th September.

Who (or what) says that?  I don't recall seeing such messages through BOINC so I don't know what you're talking about.  Are you perhaps using some sort of account manager?  I've never used one so I don't have any knowledge of whether or not that could be causing problems.  With regard to 'in progress' work, I checked the first machine (AMD) in your list of computers and it had three 'in progress' and five 'pending validation'  tasks.   I know nothing about account managers but this sounds like the response an account manager might give.  Perhaps if you could explain what you are trying to do, including how you joined in the first place, there may be options that people who have the experience can advise you about.

Cheers,
Gary.

I saw that a few times yesterday. Account page was eventually back to normal quite soon.

Do the problem still persist?
If so, have you checked your privacy setting to allow Einstein@home to export data to statistics sites?
The setting can be found here: Account -> Preferences -> Privacy
Try setting "Do you consent to exporting your data to BOINC statistics aggregation Web sites?" to yes. It can take up to about 24 hours for the settings change to take effect.
