Catch 22. I can't access my old email account (I left the organisation, and email account was shut down 12 months later). I also don't know the old password. So I can't update the email account without the password, and I cant change the password without access to the email account. Please help!
How does one change the account password? Can't find any info anywhere.

Assuming you can login to your account you login to the website and go to your account page -> Account (tab) -> Credentials.
If you used an account manager such as BAM or Grid Republic then I believe you change it via the account manager website. I don’t use an account manager so can’t be sure about them.
