Hi, I get constant errors for all GPU work units (Gamma-ray pulsar binary search #1 on GPUs v1.18 (FGRPopencl1K-ati) windows_x86_64) on an Radeon R9 290.
OS - Windows Enterprise 10 64bit
driver - Radeon 17.4.4 (same happened with Radeon 17.4.3)
Boinc 7.7.2
Funny thing is that work units for integrated GPU (Intel HD Graphics 2500) are perfectly fine.
Thanks
Liviu

I looked at some invalid errors and the logfiles of the computation error ones. The invalids show an unusually high value in one of the columns in the resultfile. This is usually caused by miscalculations of the GPU. The computation error log also suggests that the GPU is not working correctly. The usual suggestion is to clean the fans and make sure the GPU is not overheating. It's possible that the thermal paste is not applied properly or can not convey the heat to the heat spreader good enough.

Hi Christian,
I found the culprit and it was not the cooling. I was running Folding@Home in parallel with Boinc. It seems this combination somehow leads to the corruption of Einstein Radeon results. The errors were gone as soon as I stopped Folding@Home on GPU.
Kind regards
