Host listings temporarily disabled

I had to disable the "Top Computers" list previously available under Community -> Statistics because this is slowing our database down at the moment. This also disabled the "Show Computers" link on the public user profile. But you can still see your own computers under Account just not the computers of others.

This is a temporary measure until next week when we hopefully have a better solution to the slowdown of the DB.
