I'm crawling across the wing

I'm crawling across the wing section of a southbound airfoil now. They will tie me down onto a strut shortly. I've been in NoWifiLand this last week. At a glance you seem to have all behaved yourselves. I didn't, honest, but nothing can be proven beyond reasonable doubt anyway. I've suitably paid the local authorities in order to protect the guilty. Hopefully none of you have seen any notable news from my location, if not then my efforts have been in vain. I woke up and saw a koala this morning, who promptly told me to climb down ..... the leaves are definitely his! I also have acquired this strange coloration on my skin.

Cheers, Mike.

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

... and my other CPU is a Ryzen 5950X :-) Blaise Pascal

Hello, just stopping by for a minute.......

Yeah Mikey retirement is great......except that you still find things that have to be done all day even just at home.

Not very often have I ever had to change tranny fluid in my cars/truck........and I have had most of them since the 1970's........and these days I don't even bother changing the anti-freeze.

Funny thing I was just loading up all my machines with Einstein GPU's and checking the vLHC VB tasks and I decided to check my old 3-core phenom running the good old XP Pro which I have been running 24/7 since this very time of year way back in 2001........and I thought heck I haven't clicked on that *Windows Update* for a few years since whenever that supposed last day was for XP Pro.......and wth it actually scanned me at Microsoft and said it had 2 security updates 51MB and the one "tool" had the date August 2016........so I guess they will never quit as long as I want to keep this running Cool

Ok have a fine weekend......the rest of the night I have some hard work watching the Time Tunnel,Lost in Space,Land of the Giants, and maybe Planet of the Apes if I really stay up late (starts at 5am)

My NFL team has the week off so I will just be checking my picks (yeah I have picked every damn game since 1972)

The Windows Update is most likely the tracking software stuff they have been deploying to all of the Windows platforms as it's part of their new business model to keep making money. They do NOT sell your individual data just that 5,000 people went to Einstein yesterday for example. There is a registry hack you can do to keep getting regular XP updates thru 2019, I think, if you want to, seems the banks are refusing to update their ATM machines and they still use it.

And I thought the Seahawks played the Patriots this weekend?

Drinks on Bill! Double round

Drinks on Bill! Double round for a triple post, plus another for those of us pictured.

I'll start with a mai tai and then switch to screwdrivers.
