If you didn't hear, I qualified as a Revenue Dispatcher at the museum. I can now be in the tower and run the railroad by myself on busy days -- special events and holidays and such.

Hey I finally got all those Windows 7 Updates installed.........not as easy as it was pre-Win 10
But glad I put up with all the tricks I had to do so at least one pc is not demanded to do Updates and reboot.
Of course as always the XP Pro runs 24/7 since 11-7-2001 and doesn't even demand any updates and only reboots when I tell it to.
So now with Win7 my GeForce 660Ti SC is back to work here and can also run those vLHC tasks without freezing up.
Late last night as I watch my sort of pet deer thinking they are sneaking into my apples out on the tree that tipped over after 35 years........well as I'm peaking out the window they all act scared and are looking across the yard 275 feet away at the main gate.......and then run off into the woods.......so I go out with a flashlight and sure enough a wiley coyote was sneaking in the gate and standing on the driveway so I scared it away and a couple hours later at 5am the deer were back in the yard picking apples (2 does and a baby)
Easy for them to pick apples when the tree is laying on its side.
Yes. Yes it is. I think running out of stomach to bruise by the end of Saturday wasn't my best start.

Speaking of tumbles, I had an unexpected afternoon of culture last week :) My mum tripped over a chair leg.
If she hadn't. it might never have happened.

Tell him NO flinching away, that makes it harder on the both of you!! Shove him in a corner if you have too!! You could also distract him or something to get him thinking of something else so you can stick him without him knowing the exact moment it's happening. Maybe get him to think of some moment in time or other that causes him to think hard for a second...then stick, inject and it's done. YES it can cause even MORE bruising if you do it quickly, but if he won't sit still or stop flinching then that could be the best way. I'm sure Dr Mike has a ton of ideas for doing this too. I watched my mom inject herself with insulin for my whole life so to me it wasn't a big thing when I had to do that too. Then when I had to do the Lovenox anti blood clot stuff for my surgery it was just something that had to be done. My wife had the same surgery I did, hers was 6 months ago now while mine was 9 months ago, and she injected herself all on her own. She HATES shots, but it was NOT an option if we wanted the surgery, which we did!!! For us it was only 2 weeks of twice a day shots, no biggy in the big scheme of things. I am now OFF the insulin shots and feeling great!!
