*look up from complicated maths*

I'm impressed ... in a sort of - toss nose aloft kind of way...

*finish complicated maths*

Oh. Well *glance round einsteinians* I expect you're not alone with this one somehow...

Perhaps this will help? :)

≜ (equal by definition)

  (proportional to)

X f (x) (times the probability density function of a Heisenberg coherency event expressed in terms of annihilation operators - I think, which is then timesed by itself again, for purposes of reiteration, mainly - and uncertainty too because I might have forgotten this bit...

P(A | B)

edit: or was it this bit E(X | Y) ? * Either way - I'm sure Mike can fix it ;)

original complicated maths

or perhaps he already has *glance over at Mike with new respect* It really is an amazing new power! :)

 * ...which apparently, are not to be confused with one another, one being a conditional probability and the other being a conditional expectation - which I believe,  explains it very well! :)

I'm sorry to hear that,

I'm sorry to hear that, David. Mine took an unexpected turn today when I had to crowbar my son out of his bedroom.

I've never seen a straightforward latch revert to the wild quite like that one did *scowl*

And cos I've got one of those bugs where you think you're feeling better until you do something and find you're not after all and need to lie-down again in a sort of anywhere-will-do-as-long-as-its-where-I-am-now-thank-you :)  kind of way :/ it quite took it out of me.

I hope you have a better evening!

And you lot too of course... :)

Yes, the evening is somewhat

Yes, the evening is somewhat better.

Was your son desirous of being crowbarred out, or trying not to be?

I hope you get over your bug soon.

Good morning

Good morning everyone!!

Anniet I'm glad your son got out of his room, it could have been bad if he had needed to 'go'!!!
