Bought a used AMD 7950 3G with two fans (FX-795A-TDFC) from a privat user (ebay) for 200 Francs (CHF/$ about 1/1).
Such a buying is always a risk but the Graphics Card is running smoothly since some weeks now.

Host ID: 4546148 (Motherboard GA Z68XP-UDP, CPU Quad Core i7 2600K 3.5 GHz) contains
- Nvidia GTX 760 SC 2G with ACX Cooler (first PCIE slot)
- AMD 7950 3G (second PCIe slot)
Both are feeded by 8 lanes, each is running 4 tasks BRP6-BETA-cuda55

I'm impressed about the power of the AMD card !

The 760 SC needs about 4.3 hours to finish up a task, the AMD only 3.0 hours !
If I can find any such Graphics Card from a trusted seller for a reasonable price I will buy it ...

I have bought used gpu's off of the Amazon Warehouse before https://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=10158976011 but I have no idea if they have anything close to you. I ONLY buy gpu's that are rated "Used - Very Good" never anything less!! I have bought four Nvidia 760's that way and, knock on wood, ALL are still running just fine after several years!! Mine is taking about 85 minutes to run a BRP6-Beta-cuda55 task, but only running one task at a time. I also keep one cpu core free just for the gpu to use if it wants too.

It goes with 3 WU at once with RAC ~ 140-145k
7950 needs fast PCI 3x16 slot and enought feed from CPU (in my case 2 threads of XEON V2).
