I tell you what. During the outage I will get an itchy skin disorder to even things up. Hang on. Um. That's not right. Sounds uncomfortable. What about I don't get an itchy skin disorder, or a non-skin itchy disorder, or an itchy non-disordered skin. Give us a minute, I'd better just go and Google this. Someone is sure to know online, that's what the Internet is for right ?

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...
... and my other CPU is a Ryzen 5950X :-) Blaise Pascal
I am already on my 2nd cup of coffee and am STILL tired!!! I think it's because I got about 3 hours of sleep last night and only about 2.5 hours the night before, I think I need a nap!! There are WAAAAY too many problems with trying to upgrade 14 pc's to Windows 10 this last week, some refuse to do it, but ARE capable due to 'the reserved section of the harddrive being too small', and Windows wanting to use it for downloading the Win10 upgrade into ONLY that space!! I did NOT choose the size of the 'reserved' space, WINDOWS7 DID when it was installed!!! One would think that MS could figure out to get around this problem by just asking for and then using a secondary harddrive instead!!! And then deleting their stuff off of the secondary harddrive when they are done!! MOST people have some kind of backup system, I certainly do, that has PLENTY of usable space that they could use, but NOOO they refuse to use ANY other options but forcing people to possibly lose everything they have and move the partitions around manually!! I am NOT doing that!!!
On top of all that I have cousins in town and they are bringing tickets to the Washington Nationals baseball game in DC tonight and tomorrow and wouldn't you just know that these are going to be two of the HOTTEST days of the season so far!! They are projecting 105F to 110F feels like temps due to the high air temps, in the high 90's to low 100's, and the high humidity too!! I sure hope there's some kind of breeze blowing out there!!! I may need SEVERAL days in a cold shower or tub just to recover!!! And NO they are not 'box seats' in an air conditioned space!! Being as they are visitors tickets I'm guessing that they are in the outfield in the hot sun, in a somewhat less than desirable location!! I will find out tonight when I see my cousins, first time since they were here a year ago when my dad died!!
I'll tell you what Doc, I prefer the advice from Mother Nature and my old Granny. Do you think it is mere coincidence that for those that are somewhat accident prone **sideways glance at Annie** that Dock leaves always grow next to stinging nettles? Oh no, a Machiavellian master plan somewhere. And of course these days there are antihistamines for any allergy that you might care to name.
And have you looked at that stuff? It includes H1 antagonists and H1 inverse agonists?? In other words tell us what irritates you this week and we'll come up with a high tech cure at a high cost, which will pander to you and keep us in business. In the old days we had TCP and calamine lotion, and told to stop being a wimp.
These days we have ADHD and it's derivatives. Yes of course there are some youngsters that through no fault of their own or their parents, have genuine psychological problems. But it is simply too easy for a teacher to class a disruptive pupil as "special needs" to get them out of their class. Whatever happened to just plain naughty or badly brought up children? Why does everything have to be labelled and put in categories?
The good thing is that genuine Autism and Dyslexia are diagnosed a lot earlier than they used to be, and that the children and the parents get the proper support that they should do.

Okay, the Point of View gun seems like a very Douglas-y thing. And I suppose it's not really surprising that he himself wrote in Humma and the VP, considering how much he changed things between other versions of the story. I have to wonder, though, if Arthur and Tricia would have remained in love if he'd lived to write a second movie.

One would think that MS could figure out to get around this problem by just asking for and then using a secondary hard drive instead!!!
M$ simply can't be bothered. All they want is to migrate as many gullible people as possible to Win 10 so they can better control their machines for their own purposes. They are not interested in the techy side of it because the bean counters and marketing types control M$ these days, not the engineers. That is why Gates took has money and walked away.

I have too many pc's running here to be paying for stuff that requires a new license every year or so.
On a side note a friend of mine DID find an answer and the pc is now upgraded and doing just fine!! I had sent him some links as he was having the exact same problem, and after trying a few things that I hadn't tried he got it to work with about 5 minutes of work, which I was able to duplicate on my own pc. And the tool he used was free too, that's a bonus!!
