By gad, hello to you Sir Rodney. Yep, I can of all people share your dismay at the, to put it bluntly, almighty cockup that we have made. I honestly don't think it's hit home yet to people what they have done. But we don't do politics here at Einstein, so I can't say any more, I'll pm you.
@AnnieT - when we got lines at school we had to do it the hard way, by sticking biros together with sellotape to do three lines at a time. Try it, not that easy! But you sometimes got the really nasty teacher, who sussed that and made you do it again in detention under supervision. I reported one to the Headmaster and said "Is this a Secondary school or a Borstal?". I never got lines again, but average homework marks from her went down from 8/10 to 6/10 :-(

We've been hearing about people over there who voted yes for really silly reasons or because they didn't fully understand what they were voting for. My feeling is that the same thing happened with Donald, at least early on.
