adding a computer

You seem to have successfully added your second computer to your account as it's showing when I click on your user name and then the link to show your computers, so that's not the problem but rather that you have restrictions in your preferences of what kind of work to download.

As the second computer doesn't seem to have any GPU that's capable of running compute tasks then I recommend that you set up a separate location/venue for this computer. To do this start with going to Your Account and then click on "Computing preferences", then click on any of the "Add separate preferences for " links and set up the prefs you want.
Next step, again from your account page click on the link for "Einstein@Home preferences" and add the preference for the same "place" as before if it doesn't already exist. Select suitable preferences for your new computer and pay attention to the option to "Run only the selected applications", select what you want your new computer to run.

Next go to your account page once again and this time click on the link to view "Computers on this account" then click on the "Details" link on your left. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and in box for "Location" select the new preferences you just created and then hit the update button next to the box.

The last thing to do is to open Boinc Manager on the new computer and in "Advanced Mode" on the "Projects" tab click on Einstein@home and then on the left click on the button "Update" to tell Boinc to contact the project servers and download the new preferences.
