When you are composing a message, to the left of the buttons at the top there is a link which says, "Use BBCode tags to format your text". Click that link and a new browser tab will open showing examples of what to type and what it will look like.
I find the simplest way to insert a link is to get the page you want to show in a separate browser tab and select the URL bar at the top and copy (ctrl-c) the full contents of the URL bar to the clipboard. Then, as you are composing your message, type the words you want to use to describe the link and highlight them by selecting them with your mouse. Click the url button at the top and this will place opening and closing url tags around the highlighted words.
Click the opening url tag between the 'l' and the ']' to position the cursor there then type an '=' followed by a paste of the clipboard contents (ctrl-v). You will then have a complete link exactly as shown in the BBCode example. You can test this by previewing your message at any time while composing and checking that you can open the link that is shown in a new tab and end up at the right place.
How come I would need to use this uninstaller instead of just ....
Some people seem to believe that remnants from previous driver versions can cause issues with the replacement driver. I don't know how important this might be. You could try whatever is your normal procedure for installing a different version and see if it works. If problems continue, you could then see if a complete removal of all detritus from a previous install gives you any benefit.
...so far, all driver Updates that I've made without any uninstalling the old Version seems to have no trouble. Exception is by changing the Type of GPU; ATI vs. Nvidia!
I would never trust third Party Uninstaller, there are saver ways to clean up old Proggie's as far as the one sitting in front of the System knows what he do. ;-)
DDU is safe and I suggested it because I want to eliminate the problem with the GPU driver, which helps verified. The best and quickest test would be to test the GPU in another computer. In my case, after the transition to Windows 10 and AMD Crimson driver, I noticed several invalid WU. I do not know whether the cause was hardware or software. My previous GPU Matrix 7970 had the same problem and had to be replaced.

I am on the fence with swapping my 980Ti with an older R9 , but I get the feeling my other R9 system is only doing well cause I never updated the driver from a year ago.
I suggest you buy a R9 280X. It is inexpensive GPU and its performance exceeding most GPU. Be aware of AMD R9 290(X) and above. These GPU can not crunch 2x WU.

I have 2 280X's, one just replaced my GTX570 and I did see an improvement in crunching WU's. I thought I was crunching more than 1 WU but I will have to verify next time I am looking at that machine.
My plan is to get the other 280x and 570 up and running in other machines.
Gaming you say? Overclocked the GPU? If so, try to lower the clocks/voltages to stock for the GPU and see if that helps.
Turns out you were correct. "I" didn't do any OC on this GPU but it came OC'd from the factory, something I hadn't really paid any attention to.
I used NVI to reduce the clock rate to stock and all my invalids, so far, have gone away. E@H and Seti combined, I did my first 200K point day and that is awesome.
Going to let it run through the weekend to validate the stability then tinker with it some to see if I can find a higher sweet spot.

The highlighted area is most likely your problem. The newest Nvidia drivers cause huge problems for crunching. Same thing with 364.47 and 364.51.
Blue screens, failing to boot up Windows, restart loops, losing sound, graphical artifacting and even burned out cards are all problems which are being reported by users on various sites. It doesn’t seem to be specific to one brand or generation of card, either.

Do a google search for problems with those drivers and you'll see what I mean. Difficult choice for gamers but going back to a driver before 364.47 will probably cure your issue. Running DDU is a MUST in this case. You want no remnants from the drivers you have installed now to remain if you decide to downgrade.
