This is a Professional, whereas mine is a Standard. I think the only difference is the color of the pre-applied stickers and the camera resolution. At this angle, you can't see the right rear arm; a little bit of its prop is sticking into view above the right front arm.

The "mineral red" cars are actually covered hoppers loaded with sand. They serve as buffers between the volatile load and the locomotives (the sand is ballast). There is one at the rear because at some loading and unloading terminals, the most efficient (or only possible) procedure is to uncouple the power and run it around to the other end of the train. Under certain circumstances (usually winter on BNSF), some railroads will put remote controlled locos at the rear end, but under the same circumstances other railroads (NS and CSX) will not want them there and will insist that BNSF rearrange it before they will accept the train. BNSF's inclination to put it there has as much to do with feeding air to the brake line from both ends as with propelling the train from multiple points.

Yes, in this case, all the tanks are loaded with crude, most likely from the Bakken fields in North Dakota. This is why some people refer to them as "bomb trains." The empty trains generally return via the reciprocal route, but this one is seen going east, so it's a load. I don't know this train's designation, so I don't know if it was interchanged to NS or CSX at Chicago (or possibly CN, but I doubt it), but it probably ended up at a refinery somewhere on the east coast (possibly upstate New York). BNSF seems to do the most oil traffic with NS, but lately a lot of trains for NS have been taking a slightly more circuitous route that avoids downtown Chicago, so this could be a CSX.

We should get some sun as well as temps above freezing (although not much) this weekend, so maybe I'll take it out again.

Yes, there is a fair bit of down wash. Just another reason not to fly it in the house where there might be loose papers or delicate objects laying around casually.

Yeah, I saw that guy in the brown stocking cap. Funny how he and his oversize stomach show up at all the locations where I fly. Fortunately, he has a power inverter in his car to run the drone's battery charger, and a dual USB adapter to charge both the remote control and the phone.

Right now, that guy is going to take his twisted ankle and his possibly bruised ribs and his probably arthritic hip to bed because they really hate sitting in front of the kitchen computer. These parts really complain when he gets up without benefit of Tylenol and Advil.
