That *global warming climate change* sure must be nice back there in all those *NE* States right now
*(North East not just New England area)*
Al Gore is facing the SE right now
"I see nothing......"
Global warming is causing the Pacific to get abnormally hot, and it's zooming up the west coast of North America, forcing the cold polar air down over the eastern half of the continent.
I though that was 'El Nino'?
Well Mikey as you know I live where it is called the Great NW (I guess rain is great) and I have lived here since 1958 and as usual the weather here is abnormally normal
Sunny and 52 right now with rain and 45 on its way again until July
You can thank the Great Lakes and Canada for that freezing rain every winter.
...bit enthusiastic in the delivery but... needed a lie down. Thanks! anonymous? :)
Just a quick question... are anybody elses bbcode tags strung out along the equator? *puzzled air* ...cos mine are...
yes...
Means a lot of sideways scrolling to the right, and then about the same amount of sideways scrolling to the left... which I don't mind... :) just wondering... you know... if I've... done something... :)
moving on... *trawl to the right... *puff* ...then back again* :) to this *puff-puff* :)
Thank you :) Bonus nuts too! *blush* And all I was expecting was half a shell! :)
[anniet investigative follow up to Richard's original enquiry in response to TL's report] I CAN actually see the first picture all three times it was linked :) *pause for interesting annietobservation* ... but the url that works for everybody contains a reference to fertiliser people... *beam brightly* ...sometimes known as manure... yes :) [/anniet investigative follow up etc etc's] oh... scuse me... I might be burning some chips...
It's okay... they're oven ones... back in a bit... :)
edit:
.......... <- bit
Nope not burned :) consumed...
oh yes... :) forgot to answer a question from awhile back about a foot in a bowl... yes Chris... that WAS the one with LOTS of water...
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

I know but the great land mass of the US also dries up the air that hits you so the only thing coming to me would be the cold, EXCEPT for the swirling winds that bob and weave up and down and all over the place that then pick up moisture from the Gulf that then dumps on me. Normally I get about 4 to 6 inches of snow for the whole Winter, the last couple of Winters we didn't gotten any though as the swirly winds didn't get their acts together soon enough to give me any before heading off to New England and parts further North and East. It was cold, but not enough moisture, or it rained but no cold air, this year it seems to be coming in small waves all at the same time.
The way they cancel schools around here the kids could be going well into the Summer! One school system kept their kids IN school and the parents screamed and yelled that their kids said it was too cold, in the mid to high 60's inside the school buildings, to be in school. Mind you these are the SAME parents that screamed and yelled in the past when their kids had to stay in school past the normal end date due to school closings in previous years! These are probably the same parents saying that the school isn't preparing their kids enough for life after school. Sometimes you just can't win!!!
