Waking up about four or five hours after getting up does help :) that's an anniet-tip of the day by the way :) bit like don't make a cup of tea with an apple core in it. Yes! :) It works along the lines of what you don't know can't embarrass you. (The first one... the um... second one only works like that if you made the tea for someone else... :))
Following two tips at once - especially in combination with the first one mentioned - does have a built in failure probababibility - ooh ... *blink appreciatively* improved THAT word immeasurably! of, if not very actually 1, then very nearly 1
