I am doing only gpu tasks right now. Perseus Arm Survey. I have a headless computer which is set for hyperthreading (4/8). Does it make any difference if the setting is for HT or not? I am lazy and would rather not hook up a monitor and keyboard. Thanks.

There is some dependence on the CPU with the GPU BRP applications. On my systems, I have seen better performance for BRP5 with HT disabled. I think when HT is enabled, there is the possibility where two tasks may run on the same core which can slow down both tasks.
Since you are running Windows, another option is to download Process Lasso and set the BRP applications affinity to avoid non-physical cores. This program will also allow you to set the applications to a higher priority.
