I have a PC with 2 NVIDIA cards and one onboard INTEL 3000 HD graphics on the CPU. I would like to assign the two NVDIA GPU's to run one project (primegrid) and assign Einstein to the Intel GPU. Is there a way to do that through the configuration files in BOINC?

If you read this thread about the Intel GPU app, the opening post says that it needs "Ivy Bridge and later" CPUs.

Wasn't the HD3000 series integrated GPU in Sandy Bridge and therefore not usable?

Cheers,
Gary.

My understanding is the HD2600 and the HD4000's have OpenCL support, but not the HD3000, as Gary said. That means you'd just use the Nvidia cards for crunching.
