A way to fix the a/v problem is to just exempt the Boinc directories from your a/v program. any virus that is any good will try to escape the Boinc directories and get caught, any virus that stays within the Boinc directories, or false positive, will be ignored. If a virus is confined to the Boinc directories it isn't a true 'virus' and isn't worth the time and energy to stop it. Most Projects have a/v stuff anyway, so any 'virus' shouldn't be coming your way from them anyway, most of them in Boinc are false positives.
Oh and I just ordered my 4th GTX760, I too love them!! I am replacing an AMD 5870 with it as the 760's are better suited for my current project choices, and because I have had the 5870's a long time. They have been run hard since day one and are starting to get warmer and warmer. I still have a few 5870's left still crunching though, the already replaced ones are on the shelf.

When I buy one I look for this: "Used - Like New
Excellent condition, and in original box." I don't mind this part "Small (less than ¼" x ¼") cosmetic imperfection on front of item. Accessories have cosmetic damage." But won't buy any with more then that, I am crunching 24/7/365, I am not gaming for a bit then turning it off, so want a higher 'like new' quality. I usually have it in a machine within 2 days of receiving it as I set the old gpu to no new tasks and let them finish first, I keep a small cache so it's easy. After that I monitor it on and off for a couple of days then ignore it except to log onto to the machine every day to make sure it is still crunching, and return any completed units.

@Greg, there may be some limitation on the 650 that's not on the 760; but, I don't know for sure. I wanted to crunch more WU's at a time; however, since I only have a dual core CPU, I had to cut out the GRP's in favor of the BRP's. Now, I'm successfully crunching four WU's at a time on my GTX760.

You should start a new thread with something like "FGRP too many exits" as the title to get the maximum attention.
Are you trying to overclock that new system? Did you do a "clean install" under "custom" when you installed the driver? Do you know what the temperature of your GPU is and are you sure you have enough power supply? Did you install BOINC as a "service?"
These are things someone will want to know when they try to help you. I have never had the problem you are having, so I don't really know where to tell you to start.

I just bought another 'new' 760, this time a Gigabyte 'Windforce' with 3 fans on it. It will go into a machine today and should be crunching here afterwards.

My first 3 are EVGA but the latest is an Asus, I am more interested in dual fans then the brand right now. I got mine for 211 US dollars. Here is a link to the page where I found mine, but the lowest price right now is 227 dollars:

My EVGA GTX760 on 337.88 is crunching GRP's and BRP's just fine.
@Greg, there may be some limitation on the 650 that's not on the 760; but, I don't know for sure. I wanted to crunch more WU's at a time; however, since I only have a dual core CPU, I had to cut out the GRP's in favor of the BRP's. Now, I'm successfully crunching four WU's at a time on my GTX760.
