Just started a couple of days ago, and I like Einstein 'cause it's a busy project and I feel that I'm useful. I joined ABC@home first, but since it had no work, I looked for something else and found Einstein. Id like to quit ABC. Would the "Detach" button work when I highlight ABC on the GridRepublic Desktop to let me quit ABC and belong only to my teeny Einstein team?

And again, I ask, when will my completed tasks be submitted. What's normal and what's the hangup?

I belonged to the old Seti 10 years ago and I can remember that when a task was completed, it waited for me to click "send" before it went off to its administrator..I kind of liked that, but it did waste time if I were out for the day.

Thank you for any replies...

If you're using the GridRepublic Account manager, then yes, detach through there.

Thank you. I'd like to give as much time to Einstein since I found my teeny group - only 6 members!!

Found the info on credits in the FAQ under "Common Questions" on the GRDesktop. Wish I'd have read that sooner. I always read the FAQ's only after all else fails...

I just now went to "detach"

I just now went to "detach" ABC and find that it's gone. BUT, now it says SETI.USA on the Project screen. . . . should I detach that too if I want to run only Einstein?

Seti.USA is a team, not a

Seti.USA is a team, not a project. So make sure that that is what it says.
