what resource share should I use

Hey all,
I've been BOINC-ing for quite some time now but I still have low understanding of what Resource Share "should" be set at. Right now I run 2 projects, E@H on cpu only and Collatz on gpu only. Both are set to 100 for Resource Share. Are there any better values to use? To me, 100 should mean 100%, but apparently it doesn't when used in Resource Share?????????
