If one has any question about how much power their computer is drawing compared to the capacity of their PSU, a Kill-a-Watt is a rather modest investment and will display the actual power being drawn from the mains by the PSU.
I have 4 of them.
Found them! Jaycars have them for 20 bucks and theres a shop 5 minutes away from me :)

Cool beans!!! That's a good price too. Just shut the rig down, plug the KAW in and reboot. I usually select the VA reading...just a couple of button pushes. You'll know in moments what the power usage is. As drawn from the mains. That is several percent higher than what the computer is actually using, due to conversion losses in the PSU.
I can actually see when a rig is switching from a completed WU to a new one, as the reading drops for a bit inbetween.
