It's a bit of a relief (and a bit of a disappointment) to know that the problem isn't with the BOINC version I'm using. I updated to 4.35 last night and all day today I was having a problem getting work from both e@h and s@h. I was just now able to get three work units from s@h. If I can get one more It'll be enough to keep my processors busy for the next sixteen to eighteen hours.

The fact that we are sitting here having this discussion seems to indicate that the machine and network are OK but a software module (the scheduler) has got its knickers in a knot for some reason.
I'd be nice if someone at the site could just have a look and let us know an estimate of when normal service might be able to be restored!!
Edit: Also just seen the front page news about the new data server in the UK. Can any UK users let us know if they are getting data from that server? The news mentioned primary data download site. Does that mean just the large initial data file perhaps and not the small instructions on how to carve it up so we're all stuffed anyway?
Hmmm... seems to be getting worse. While the scheduler
has not been responding for quite awhile, one of my
machines still was able to upload a result, but of course
could not report it. Now the second machine is finished
and can't even upload its result.

Does not seem to be working at 8:54 Washington DC time, which last I checked is the same as Atlanta. Hope it is just overload from all the backed up requests.

Same problems with the scheduler here. Oddly enough, even BOS seems to think that all's fine...

I'm still not getting any response from schedulers. Looks like something is kaputt
