I find that einstein_4.79_windows_intelx86.exe runs to at most 18% on my computer is this normal...I feel that it should run or have more CPU % to it...Is it possible to bring it up?

What ELSE is running taking the remaining 81% of the time? On an HT or dual processor machine, the max is 50% per process.

MTC has threads open in several other boards, including S@H, where he is reporting this same "problem". It turns out he has an app called "threadmaster" installed which by default limits his CPU usage to about 20%. Seems like it's doing its job :). Apparently this threadmaster can only be changed from the default 20% by registry editing, according to a poster in one of the other threads. I have no knowledge or experience of this app.
Seems like MTC is not taking the advice to either remove threadmaster or to read up on how to "tame" it. Just thought you might like to know before you waste too much time trying to track down this "problem".

iosep, over in your thread on Cruncher's Corner, seems to have given good advice about how to deal with threadmaster. Have you seen and/or tried out that advice?
Also, please try to limit yourself to just the most appropriate message board. People do get annoyed with unnecessarily repetitive problem posts appearing all over the place.
