I'm new to this, but, Everything was working before, I have upgraded to BOINC 7, and now when I click on show all tasks or active tasks, their are no Einstein WUs showing, although when I click on the disk tab it shows 242MB of Eistein work. Also when I manually look at C:\ProgramData\BOINC\projects\einstein.phys.uwm.edu I find 53 files occupying 242 MB
Can anyone tell me where I'm screwing up?
Thanks,

No Tasks displayed, but lots on disk

Hi,
the data for the search for gravitation wave can be used several times and thus will be stored on your hard drive to avoid traffic on your and the einstein server side.
You are also running Seti. Maybe BOINc thinks you won't have time to finish them and therefore doesn't asked for ne tasks.
Or your ration between the projects is different. So you allow more time fore Seti than for Einstein.
Maybe you paused the project be accident. the click on "allow new tasks" .
(or something similar.)

I checked all those for about
)
I checked all those for about the 4th time, and everything was OK, but this time I toggled "suspend" and "no new tasks" and increased Einstein's share of CPU time and increased the min & max amount of work and did an update. It took right off downloading a 8MB and 18MB type of operating file (forget the name) and a whole list of WUs. I don't know what happened but it took off now.
all seems well now,
Thanks for the reply,
