Currently I am student and I don't live with my parents. I have a job, but there are many bills :)
My idea is to build something that will work and later I will have the opportunity to upgrade.
The MB is mATX, H67. I can work with G530 'till April. After that I can buy good Ivy Bridge CPU.
I was searching for case - I think Cooler Master Elite 343 is good option.
I agree with you about GPU and PSU. The PSU is important and will be new, there are plenty, I will choose one.
9800 GPU generation is bigger, with more power consumption and heat.
What about GeForce GT 520? It has 48 CUDA cores (GT 430 has 96). But the price difference between the two is small, so may be I will go for 430.
Funny, I've recently ordered a somewhat similar system to upgrade my dads daily racer, as it can't take more than 4 GB (DDR1). It's an H67 with a G530 as well, although he's getting 8 GB RAM. Later on he'll get my 2600K when an Ivy finds the way into my machine :D
Buying a GT520 is totally not worth it from my point of view. You'd be better off using the integrated GPU until you can afford a decent one.. which shouldn't take long, since the GT430 is rather cheap. And/or maybe you can get a used GPU? GT240 might be nice: 96 shaders, not too old design (like 9600/9800) and decently power efficient due to 40 nm. Those shaders are actually worth as much as ~144 shaders of the latest generation in GPU-Grid.
