Over just the past week my pending credit has quadrupled from roughly one day's worth of workunits (between 800 and 1200 credits) to now just shy of 4000 credits. It had varied in a narrow range for months.

Nothing has changed on my end: same number of systems producing approximately 1000 credits per day.

Has anybody else experienced this? It almost seems as if the algorithm that decides which workunits to send out and when has been changed.

Pending Credit Skyrockets

There have been a few days with connection trouble some time ago. On those days, a lot of results have been assigned to hosts but never arrived there. So the server waits for them to expire and will send them out again.

This is not necessarily the reason that applies in this case but it is a possible reason.

A new run is starting. So

A new run is starting. So that means noone has the data files yet. And there for longer delays for granting credit. It should catch back up in a week or so.
